The God Who Riveted in One Throw
Credne was the metalworker of the Tuatha Dé Danann — the god of bronze-working, gold-working, and the joining of metal parts. Like Luchta, his most significant appearance is in the weapons-supply operation at the Second Battle of Mag Tuired. While Goibniu forged the blade and Luchta shaped the haft, Credne riveted the head in place with a single throw. The three together kept the Tuatha Dé Danann supplied with weapons throughout the battle.
